Her er deres anbefalinger!

BEFORE SUNRISE (1995)

Before Sunrise

“A bit of a romance I know. The movie is about two strange people that meet on a train in a foreign land (Vienna, Austria), get acquaintance and impromptu decided to spend a day exploring a city together. They had to bid farewell before sunrise - sunset though - and made a promise to meet each other again. What I like is the 'spontaneity' and inspirational character of those people who travel as solo travellers - you would never know what/who will come to you when you travel - the experience/the person you meet might become an important and beautiful part in your life - totally out of any expectations!”

THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY (2013)

“Well, he travels to Greenland first, then Iceland, and then the Himalayas... They are all destinations I have never been to, that I don't suppose I'll ever visit but the images in the film were extraordinary. Big empty spaces... Remote... Almost untouched...Watching that film made me itch for "adventure.”

QUÉ TAN LEJOS (2006)

”Den heter Que tan lejos (How much further på engelsk).

ROMANCING THE STONE (1984)

“As for my movie, there are loads but hands down my favourite is…Romancing the Stone – It’s an action packed movie, it’s funny and it’s set in a country that I love. Ever since watching it as a kid, I was determined to explore Colombia and, in particular, Cartagena. I spent a month in Colombia a couple of years ago and kept pointing out areas that I recognised from the movie to my boyfriend!”

IN BRUGES (2008)

“The movie that really inspires me to travel is In Bruges. It is a complicated movie about friendship, love and faith. But most importantly, the movie presents an incredible view of Bruges. I am obsessed with the culture, chapels, canals and bell tower in Bruges. I went to Bruges last year. I enjoyed myself so much.”

THE TRUMAN SHOW (1998)

The Truman Show

“The movie that really inspires me to travel is The Truman Show. It kind of shows us that instinct humans have for travelling and discovering new places, otherwise you feel like imprisoned in your own country even if it’s a free one.”

“There are many movies that come to my mind, but I chose one that inspires me to discover the part of the world where I live, South America. It's The Motorcycle Diaries.
It's a movie based on the travel journals of the young Ernesto "Che" Guevara before he was "El Che".
He and his friend travel across South America on motorcycles, and along the way they discovered the beauty and the poverty of this continent which eventually led Ernesto to become the iconic figure that we know.”

INTO THE WILD (2007)

For mit vedkommende er der én over dem alle – Into the Wild.
